Can I modify or cancel my order?
In order to allow the internet user to return to their order before validating it definitively, Linandelle has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will not be definitively registered until the last validation of the payment screen of the order (by bank card, bank transfer or check). From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. From this moment, you can no longer modify or cancel your order .
Return or exchange
How to return / exchange an order?
The user has a period of 60 working days to exchange an item or 10 working days to return an item and be reimbursed (from the date of receipt of his order)
After this period, the products delivered are deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the internet customer, and Linandelle reserves the right to refuse the exchange, the credit or the refund.
The returned item must not have been used, be in its original packaging and, for returns by post, accompanied by a copy of the delivery slip and the reason for the return.

Customs or import fees?
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders to mainland France or the countries of the European Union, you do not have to pay customs and import fees.
If you have placed an order to a country outside the European Union, you should know that customs fees and taxes are invoiced once the package has arrived in the destination country. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package.

What are the means of delivery to your site and the costs for mainland France?

All orders are delivered free of charge in mainland France from € 49 purchase.

The delivery time for your orders on Linandelle is 1 to 2 weeks. If your order is urgent, please leave us a note when placing your order so that it is treated as a priority.

Shipping costs for other countries
What are the shipping costs for other countries?
In Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, the costs are 10 €, free from 150 € purchase
In the DOM-TOM, the costs are 25 €, offered from 150 € of purchase (DOM) or 40 €, offered from 300 € of purchase (TOM)
In the European Union, the costs are 25 €, free from 150 € of purchase.
In Great Britain, Norway and Iceland, the costs are 20 €, free from 200 € purchase
For all other regions, the costs are 45 €, offered from 500 € of purchase.
Please note, large orders to fly (outside Europe) are subject to additional costs which will be submitted to you after validation of your order, and after the study by our shipping service.
Returns and exchanges
What products can I not return or exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products . Also any honeycomb or terry cloth will not be returned or exchanged if it has shrunk too much, as this indicates a breach of maintenance conditions.
How to make a return?
Products purchased online on linandelle.com, unused and in their original packaging, can be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Please note that we will only reimburse the shipping costs if the return is due to a quality problem on our part.
Here's how to return them to us:
1. Retrieve your order or invoice number .
2. With this number, contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
3. The products must be in their original box , pack them, i clearly identify the return package with the Return Number by affixing it to the outside of the package .
4. Ship your package if possible with a service provider who offers a guarantee against loss or damage goods such as La Poste or Chronopost.
We cannot accept "COD" deliveries (ie deliveries paid for by the recipient upon receipt).

5. Returns will be refunded to you according to the payment method you used once they reach our distribution center.
Allow one month from the receipt of your return to see the refund appear on your statement.
To receive another item to replace your returned item, you will need to place a new order online.
